"I'm very satisfied with my facial treatment"

This is my first time trying IPL and I chose to have a 60 minute B+ IPL 30 shots & PAYOT Facial at Sheraton Melbourne Spa. After looking at my skin, she gave me information about what they can do to help my skin with the IPL. I never had an IPL but she calms me down and tested it first so I won't be surprised. And she's right! I have nothing to worry about! She gave me also some advice on my home care and what treatment that can enhance my skin. Keiara was giving me the facial and kind enough to explain to me each of the process. I love skincare, so I really appreciate her patience to attend all my questions. Overall, my experience is great and I will definitely come back!

"Excellent Service for the massage"

Lara accommodating well verse for their amenities, Pai ,Mandy and Kiz money worth for their massage service and charmaine serving us for the high tea that we have very polite and good service, over all experiences worth celebrating my birthday gift from my children. Happy to recommend to my family and friends. Double birthday celebrations for me and my sister .

"Wonderful spa visit"

I had a massage and body scrub at the spa. I've come out with lovely soft skin and thoroughly relaxed. Kiz was wonderful, I recommend her! The room was luxurious and the whole experience was so relaxing. From first arriving the service was great. The lady on the desk was so helpful booked me in, showed me the pool and facilities. The treatment room was luxurious, was given a bath robe and told to sit with my feet in a warm bath. Started off with a foot scrub which was lovely. Kiz was really calming and attentive. When I had the massage she asked what kind of pressure and did exactly what I requested.

"Amazing sweet service"

I went there feeling sad and needed a pick me up on my birthday and met the sweetest most gentle masseuse Paula …it was such a loving welcoming environment. Would recommend this 100% .I'll probably be here every 2 months now. Ella at the spa is also just as amazing if you get her you're in amazing hands too!
